JOB DUTIES As a department head with us, you see the whole picture and potential and courageously move us forward. You report directly to the Assistant Operations Manager and work in close collaboration with the Medical Director and other department heads in the management group. The Hearing Center is a county clinic with good cohesion and cooperation between different professions, including you as department head. Since we are a county clinic with employees located in different parts of the county, travel is included in the position. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with previous experience in a management and/or leadership role. You have higher education or equivalent competence acquired through education or experience. You have good computer skills and speak Swedish well, both orally and in writing. It is advantageous if you have previous experience as an employee or manager in healthcare or care and support services. It is also advantageous to have knowledge of hearing care and the Hearing Center's operations. You are an engaged and confident leader with strong initiative. You take responsibility, drive matters forward, and see opportunities for development both in daily work and in the long term. With a clear vision for the future, you can translate ideas into concrete plans that strengthen the department.
