About the Role As Head of Accounting, you'll hold a central position in the organization and work closely with the CFO, CEO, auditors, and other key people in the business. You're responsible for accounting and financial statements for the group's companies and ensure high quality in financial processes. Equally important is driving the finance function forward. The goal is to gradually build a more AI-driven accounting function, with fewer manual tasks, faster reconciliations, and more time for analysis and business support. This isn't a side track to the role—it's one of its most important parts, both in the short and long term. Your Assignment As Head of Accounting, you will, among other things: Drive the development and automation of systems, processes, and methods, with a view to an increasingly AI-driven finance function. Manage accounting, financial statements, and annual reports for the group's companies, as well as group consolidation for the bank. Ensure efficient, quality-assured, and scalable finance processes. Be a close partner to the CFO and provide financial insights to the business.
