Role Description Vinnova is an agency with a strong commitment to equality issues, where these perspectives are a natural part of the work. As an equality officer, you support Vinnova's work in this area. You develop analyses and decision-making materials that help the organization integrate equality perspectives in calls and other key processes. You collaborate with external actors, including as part of an EU project, and contribute to the development of methods and tools. The role also includes follow-up and analysis as well as documentation, reporting and communication support related to equality work. Examples of work tasks: Support and implement equality training initiatives Plan and lead meetings, workshops and group work in both national and international settings Develop analyses and follow up the organization's work on equality Responsible for documentation, reporting and other administrative coordination Contribute equality perspectives to work on calls and other governing documents Qualifications Education: Relevant academic degree from a university or college in social science subjects or another area that the employer deems equivalent Experience: At least three years of current and relevant professional experience with qualified work on equality issues, for example as an equality expert, specialist, strategist, investigator, coordinator or in another equivalent role Documented experience of driving and developing equality work in organizations based on research Experience with developing and implementing equality strategies, plans or other governing documents Good experience in planning and conducting training, workshops or similar equality initiatives Ability to integrate equality perspectives in business, process or service development Language Skills: Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both written and spoken Meritorious: Doctoral degree in gender studies or a related field Experience with equality mainstreaming in government agencies Experience from the innovation sector Experience with equality work in international contexts, for example within the EU or UN Personal Qualities When we hire, we place great emphasis on personal qualities and motivation.
