Work Tasks We are looking for you to work in a multiprofessional team with assessment and treatment of first-episode psychosis patients aged 18-35 years. In addition to regular nursing duties, you will be responsible for coordinating care and support measures for a number of patients. This is a central and varied part of the work. We actively engage with the patient's family and network and make home visits when needed. When inpatient care is required, patients are treated at Ward 21, S:t Görans Hospital, which is a ward for first-episode psychosis patients with whom we have close and good collaboration. You will participate in the development projects and group treatments conducted at the clinic. One example is the mentor project where patients and relatives are trained as mentors to support other patients and relatives. FitForLife is another treatment group where patients who have received trainer education lead circuit training for other patients, and we also have a theater project with support from the cultural administration where patients are offered the opportunity to use their experience as a basis for theatrical expression. Qualifications You are a licensed nurse. It is an advantage if you have specialist training in psychiatry and experience in psychosis care. It is also an advantage if you have training as a Case Manager or CBT training. Previous relevant experience from psychiatric care is required. You enjoy problem-solving and appreciate building long-term treatment relationships with patients and their relatives. About the role: As a construction engineer, you will have a central and broad role in residential construction projects within installation, supporting project managers with schedules, resource and procurement planning, financial forecasts, contract matters, and documentation related to change orders, obstacles, and disruptions.
