Read more at www.clockworkpeople.se Your Responsibilities As a Senior Business Controller, you have a central and strategic role in the organization where you are responsible for financial management, follow-up, and business-oriented advisory services. You drive and ensure quality in budget, forecast, and closing processes, and analyze financial results and key metrics to identify business opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement. You serve as qualified support to managers and leadership, prepare decision-making materials, and present analyses that contribute to well-founded business decisions. The role also involves actively developing and improving financial processes, reporting, and governance models with a focus on digitalization, automation, and data-driven approaches. We are looking for someone who can quickly grasp complex operations and act as a proactive, strategic, and business-oriented partner to the organization. You enjoy driving change, creating structure, and contributing to long-term improvements in financial and operational management. Assignment Length: October 2026 - September 2027. Your Profile We are looking for someone with: - 5-10 years of experience as a Business Controller, Senior Controller, or in a similar qualified controlling role. - Solid competence in financial closing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial follow-up. - Strong analytical ability and experience transforming financial data into business insights. - Experience supporting managers and leadership as a strategic and business-oriented partner. - Very good skills in Excel and experience working with ERP and BI systems. - Ability to quickly grasp new operations, processes, and system environments. - Very good communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken. - An independent, structured, and results-oriented work approach. It is advantageous if you also have: - Experience with change management, process development, and digitalization initiatives within finance. - Knowledge of automation, data-driven analysis, and modern tools for reporting and follow-up. - Practical experience with AI-based solutions in finance, analysis, or operational management. - Experience from larger organizations or group structures. - Good knowledge of Power BI or similar analysis and visualization tools. As a person, you are business-minded, solution-oriented, and enjoy working close to the operations. You take initiative, see opportunities for improvement, and have an easy way of building trusting relationships with different stakeholders.
