Naturskyddsföreningen is now seeking a project manager who wants to lead and develop our loyalty efforts. About the role As a loyalty project manager, you are responsible for developing and driving work to strengthen relationships with our members and donors. The goal is to increase engagement, build long-term loyalty, and contribute to increased giving. The role encompasses both strategic development work and operational implementation of loyalty activities. You are responsible for our telemarketing operations through contact with our external provider. You work continuously with monitoring results, key metrics, and scripts to ensure that operations develop and contribute to our goals. You are also responsible for planning and developing our loyalty member communications and mailings. You have overall responsibility for ensuring that member communications maintain high quality and are cohesive throughout the entire member journey, regardless of channel. The role involves budget responsibility as well as responsibility for planning, monitoring, and actively identifying development opportunities within your area of responsibility. You are placed in the Private Fundraising unit and work closely with colleagues in CRM and analytics as well as with specialists and other parts of the organization. We are in the process of implementing a new CRM system, which will further strengthen our ability to conduct high-quality, member-centered loyalty work. To match the requirements this role places on you, we see that you have: post-secondary education in a relevant field for the position several years of experience working with loyalty efforts, member development, or similar experience independently driving projects from planning to follow-up experience developing customer or member journeys and working with targeted communications experience working in CRM systems In addition, it is meritorious if you have: experience with Salesforce experience working and/or engagement within civil society Your personal qualities are important for you to thrive with us.
