The points model is a flexible work time model where your working hours are valued in points. The goal is to create a sustainable schedule that combines the operation's needs with your opportunity to have influence. Unconventional hours give more points, and you choose yourself whether you want to take them out as money or time off with the operation's needs in focus. At an interview, we can illustrate for you with our points calculator how you can adjust your work shifts to either get more compensation or work more unconventional hours to get a lower employment rate and thus more free time.
