Your Assignment As a TA Specialist at Aspia, you work closely with our recruiting managers and are a supportive, advisory partner throughout the recruitment process. You are responsible for ensuring that recruitments are carried out according to the organization's needs and actively contribute to our growth – always with a focus on high quality, satisfied managers, and a strong candidate experience. You drive processes from start to finish and primarily recruit for our business areas in accounting and payroll within Sweden, but you can also support other parts of the organization. We adapt based on business needs. Your role as TA Specialist includes: Drive and coordinate recruitment processes from start to finish Work with job requirements, advertising, selection, and search (LinkedIn Recruiter) Ensure candidate communication and feedback to both candidates and managers Manage occupational psychology assessments and feedback Conduct competency-based interviews and reference checks Drive and coordinate volume recruitments Drive and/or participate in projects and initiatives related to Talent Acquisition Your Profile For the role of TA Specialist, we are looking for someone with: Academic education in HR/Personnel or Behavioral Science, or equivalent Several years of experience independently driving recruitment processes from start to employment, preferably from a similar in-house TA role Experience working systematically with occupational psychology assessments (preferably Alva Labs) Experience conducting competency-based interviews Experience with search via LinkedIn Recruiter Merits: Experience with ATS systems, such as Jobylon Experience driving or participating in development initiatives within TA, such as projects or improvement work In this recruitment, we place great importance on your personal qualities and your interest in Talent Acquisition.
