Now we are looking for you who wants to become pharmacy manager at our pharmacy in Järpen. About the pharmacy Kronans Apotek in Järpen is a well-established pharmacy with strong local roots. The pharmacy is located in the middle of the town, in direct connection with a health center, ICA as well as good communications with both train and bus. We have close contact with local veterinarians and healthcare, and many of our customers are returning from the surrounding areas and homes around about. Järpen is a growing town with increasing need for self-care, which makes the work tasks here both important and developmental. Here you meet many returning customers from the surrounding area and elderly care facilities, which creates personal and long-term customer relationships. With proximity to Åre and nature right around the corner, as well as approximately 50 km to Östersund, you get the best of both mountains, small-town and city life. Team & working methods Normal staffing consists of 2 pharmacists and 2 pharmacy technicians, and we collaborate continuously with colleagues from Åre. Together we are a stable team where collaboration, participation and support in everyday life are a matter of course. The pharmacy has a prescription counter and two compounding stations as well as an exit cash register. To help us we have a strong regional and service organization, as well as committed colleagues throughout the country. Our pharmacies are the only ones in town, which means we have many returning regular customers but also visitors from both near and far. You are a confident and present leader with both drive and commitment, and you are motivated by creating results through others. The work is both strategic and operational, and involves full responsibility for the pharmacy's development and success. The role includes, among other things: Strengthen the business and create motivation and engagement in the team. Ensure the best possible patient counseling and a customer experience of the highest quality. Responsible for finances, budget and results monitoring. Initiate and develop local collaborations and relationships in the surrounding area. Have full responsibility for personnel, working environment and quality. Ensure efficient staffing through effective scheduling. Attract, recruit, retain and develop employees at the pharmacy. Lead and develop the business and team towards set goals. Promote participation and positive group dynamics at the pharmacy. The pharmacy is open 09:00-18:00 on weekdays, closed on Saturdays and Sundays. We offer a permanent position with an introductory trial period. You report to Pia Lyrén. We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist, pharmacist, pharmacy technician or have other relevant background in retail. Perhaps you have previous experience in a leadership role or are curious and ready to take the next step as pharmacy manager with us. To thrive in the role, we would like you to have an easy time engaging others and contributing to team motivation. Since you will work towards clear goals, we appreciate that you are organized, positive, decisive and solution-focused.
