About the Position As a sales representative at Dafo Security, you are responsible for the entire sales process, from initial contact to signed contract. You will work on acquiring new corporate customers and housing associations, primarily in Stockholm and Uppsala, while building long-term customer relationships. The role involves a high focus on activity where you prospect new customers, book your own meetings, and manage multiple deals in parallel. You conduct customer meetings, identify needs, and present appropriate security solutions based on the customer's operations. You also work with quotes, calculations, and follow-up to drive deals to completion. This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys sales and is motivated by influencing your own results through high activity, structure, and business acumen. You work independently while receiving support through clear processes, engaged colleagues, and opportunities for continuous development.
