We are now looking for an engaged and goal-oriented pharmacy manager for our fine pharmacy in Kungshamn. The pharmacy is centrally located in the heart of the beautiful Bohuslän archipelago. Here you work close to customers in a vibrant coastal community that combines small-town charm with proximity to sea, nature, and a rich outdoor life⛵. As pharmacy manager, you lead and work together with a competent and collaborative team consisting of two pharmacists and two pharmacy technicians. You are a reliable and present leader with both drive and commitment, and you are motivated by creating results through others. The work is both strategic and operational, and involves overall responsibility for the pharmacy's development and success. The role includes, among other things: Strengthen operations and create motivation and engagement in the team. Ensure the best possible patient counseling and customer experience of the highest quality. Take responsibility for finances, budget, and results monitoring. Initiate and develop local collaborations and relationships in the local area. Have full responsibility for personnel, work environment, and quality. Ensure smooth staffing through efficient scheduling. Attract, recruit, retain, and develop employees at the pharmacy. Lead and develop operations and the team toward set goals. Promote participation and positive group dynamics at the pharmacy. The pharmacy is open 09-18 on weekdays, closed on Saturdays and Sundays, which provides good opportunities to combine stimulating leadership with a well-balanced everyday life 😍. We offer a permanent employment with an initial trial period. You report to Regional Manager Adnan Mulic. We are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy manager. Perhaps you have previous experience in a leadership role or are curious and ready to take the next step as a pharmacy manager with us.
