Your Responsibilities
As assistant store manager in our Concept Store, you will work directly under the store manager where you have close collaboration on everything related to the store's development. You work operationally with the daily operations of the store, where you are responsible for introducing new employees, among other things. The store has a high season from September to April, with a quieter period in between. Year-round, your task is to ensure the store is up to date and properly staffed. Unlike many other stores, we do not focus primarily on sales in our stores; instead we prioritize delivering high-quality service, worthy of our products and customers. Our gloves maintain high quality, and with proper care and repairs when needed, we want to inspire our customers to take care of them for maximum durability. Looking ahead, we are planning to arrange more events in the store where you as assistant store manager will be an important part of both planning and execution.
Your Profile
This position suits you if you want to take on a leading retail role with development opportunities. We believe that you are used to working in a team, while at the same time having experience driving your own initiatives. You think commercially and can solve problems that arise. Above all, you are a positive and flexible individual who wants to work with a high-quality brand, where we put great service first and where your interest and attention to detail play a major role. For the right person there are great opportunities to grow and eventually become a store manager. Experience with branded products is a merit but not a requirement.
