Do you want to help strengthen engagement in Sweden's largest environmental organization? The Swedish Society for Nature Conservation (Naturskyddsföreningen) is now seeking a program developer who wants to develop educational programs, methods, and activities that make it easier for more people to engage and contribute to our grassroots movement. About the Role As a program developer, you will be responsible for developing, improving, and managing educational programs, methods, and materials that strengthen engagement in the Swedish Society for Nature Conservation's grassroots movement. The goal is to provide our local chapters and volunteers with the best conditions to lead activities, inspire more people to get involved, and create a vibrant local community life. A large part of the role involves developing and leading training programs for our local activity leaders. You will plan and implement both existing and new training programs, as well as develop shared educational materials. You are responsible for planning, logistics, and administration of the training programs and work continuously with follow-up and development of work methods and processes. You will be placed in the Engagement Development unit and will work closely with colleagues within the unit and with specialists. In addition to the training programs you lead, you will also participate in other educational initiatives within the unit. The role includes supporting the responsible team leader and implementing certain training components together with colleagues. The role also involves coordinating the Swedish Society for Nature Conservation's national mining network. You will work to strengthen engagement among our members and create meeting places where they can inspire and learn from each other. You will develop mobilizing materials, plan mailings, and arrange webinars together with specialists and locally engaged members. The position involves some travel related to training activities. Role – Program Manager Technology – SAP S/4 Hana Job Description Are you an SAP program manager with solid experience running transformation projects and rollouts?
