Exit Lounge & Bar is a modern and social tapas bar focused on great food, cocktails, wine, and beer. We offer our guests a wonderful and relaxed atmosphere, where excellent service, quality, and great ambiance are at the center. We are now seeking an experienced and service-oriented server/waitress who wants to be part of our team and help create a truly great experience for our guests. We are looking for someone who - Has previous experience in restaurants and service – this is a requirement - Has experience serving and interacting with customers - Is service-oriented, social, and positive - Has a professional and friendly demeanor - Enjoys working at a fast pace - Is stress-resilient and can stay calm during intense shifts - Is thorough and takes responsibility - Has good knowledge of food and beverages, especially wine, beer, and cocktails - Enjoys working as part of a team - Can work evenings and weekends - Speaks Swedish and/or English Job Responsibilities - Greet and welcome guests - Take orders and serve food and drinks - Provide guests with professional and personalized service - Present the menu and make recommendations for food and drinks - Manage your tables and follow up on guests' needs - Handle payments and cash - Maintain order and ensure the restaurant is clean and welcoming - Collaborate with the kitchen and bar to create a great overall experience - Contribute to a pleasant, social, and welcoming atmosphere What We Offer You will work in a pleasant and social atmosphere with a dedicated team.
