Restaurant Himlen is located on the 25th and 26th floors of Skrapan in the heart of Götgatan. Read more about us at https://www.restauranghimlen.se/ We are looking for someone who currently works as a head chef and wants to take the next step in your career by working more daytime hours and focusing on elevating the quality of lunch and daily operations. You are a passionate à la carte chef with strong leadership skills and a love for the restaurant industry. You have natural leadership abilities, are clear and direct in your communication, and enjoy coaching and sharing your knowledge with the team. You thrive in a sometimes fast-paced environment, are quality-conscious, and have a genuine passion for food. You work well following established procedures and directives, while remaining flexible and unafraid of change.
