We are looking for a reliable and hardworking employee for night shifts in central Copenhagen. The work involves delivering goods to stores such as Zara, Bershka, and Massimo Dutti. Job responsibilities: - Unload pallets and goods from trucks - Move pallets into the store using a pallet jack - Sort goods and pallets according to instructions - Ensure all goods are accounted for and placed in the correct location - Collaborate with the driver and other team members on site The work is physical and requires you to work efficiently and carefully. Grounds Maintenance Supervisor - Sanitation
Ref: 20261459 The grounds maintenance unit at Municipal Technology currently manages maintenance and operations of public spaces throughout Malmö on behalf of the Property and Street Office, as well as maintenance of portions of municipal land on behalf of City Properties. The unit's collective responsibilities include emptying paper bins, litter collection, weed removal, street sweeping, trimming of bushes and trees, and planting. The unit also operates its own greenhouse where we cultivate annuals and manage Malmö's municipal flower program. We are now seeking a supervisor for one of the unit's sanitation teams. Job Responsibilities As a supervisor, you will plan, develop, and lead the work of your team consisting of approximately 10-15 employees. Together with your work team, you will oversee, manage, and develop the city's sanitation services in municipal areas. About the Workplace At Nova, strong bonds are formed between young people and staff as we have many long-term placements. Our young people come from all over the world and at our workplace we speak over 15 languages together. HVB Nova is under ASF and receives youth who are placed under the Social Services Act (SoL) or Care of Young Persons Act (LVU) and who are placed based on care and environment considerations. HVB Nova is also Malmö City's only municipal residential facility for unaccompanied children ages 13 to 21 who have received permanent/temporary residence permits (PUT/TUT) or have been assigned to Malmö while awaiting a decision from the Swedish Migration Agency, as well as children/youth in transition processes ages 13-21. HVB Nova also has two emergency placements at the disposal of Malmö City. HVB Nova has a total of 23 places: 15 places for permanent youth residents, 2 places for emergency placements, and 6 places for transitional placements. The 6 transitional places can be quickly converted to 24 if an urgent need arises. HVB Nova is staffed around the clock with night staff on duty. The staffing consists of 14.5 personnel including 8 treatment assistants/social pedagogues working day/evening shifts with one having team lead responsibility, 5 treatment assistants/social pedagogues working night shifts, and one section manager. Supervisor for Parking Enforcement at the Property and Street Office

We are now looking for a dedicated supervisor who wants to lead, develop, and support our employees in parking enforcement and contribute to the continued development of the operation. Work Tasks As a supervisor, you are a key person in creating safe, fair, and accessible parking in the city. You lead parking enforcement officers in daily operations, support them in their duties, and ensure that work runs smoothly, safely, and in accordance with applicable regulations. In this role, you have responsibility for work environment and personnel management for a group of 10–11 employees in parking enforcement and related business areas, together with four other supervisors. You plan, lead, and follow up on daily work to ensure that operational goals are achieved, that laws and guidelines are followed, and that employees have good conditions to perform their work in a safe and developmental work environment. The position involves both operational and administrative tasks. You will be an important part of daily operations while also contributing to operational development through monitoring, supervision, and operational planning. Qualifications We are looking for someone with a high school diploma and parking enforcement officer training or equivalent qualification. If you have post-secondary education, that is a merit. You also need at least two years of experience in parking enforcement and at least two years of experience in a leadership role. If you have experience in a role where you had personnel responsibility, that is a merit. It is also a merit if you have experience working within a politically governed organization, as well as experience with administrative work and work in digital systems. Very good skills in Swedish both spoken and written, as well as English, are required. A B-class driver's license is required for this position. The Technology and Service section is responsible for parking enforcement in public spaces and technical matters related to parking enforcement as well as service of parking meters. The Vehicle Towing and Dispatch section handles dispatch, which receives and responds to questions and comments from the public. The section is also responsible for towing vehicles in accordance with the vehicle towing law as well as release of towed vehicles and charging towing fees. The sections together have approximately 60 employees consisting of parking enforcement officers, administrative staff, supervisors, and section managers. The Property and Street Office is one of the 14 departments at the City of Malmö. Blacksmith/Metal Worker
Job Responsibilities We are looking for someone with industry experience to independently carry out manufacturing and assembly work on our varying blacksmithing projects. You and your colleagues work from our smithy on Augustenborgsgatan but are often out in Malmö city on various assignments to complete different orders. We manufacture, for example, decorative ironwork for Malmö city's outdoor spaces such as flower baskets, fences and entrances, kickstand holders/stairs/railings/grating and lighting fixtures. Your work tasks include manufacturing, maintenance, sheet metalwork, welding methods, assembly including excavation and repair work on varying blacksmithing projects. This could for example be fences, bike racks, waste bins and dog waste containers. You provide service to and maintain close contact with the customer on various design and special projects. You master reading drawings and can translate the customer's sketches and drawings into products. Our customer is primarily the Property and Street Office and the City Properties Department. You are expected to master material quality and select, perform and ensure different welding methods, 111, 135 and 136 with MIG, TIG and stick. Standby work may occur. Qualifications We are looking for someone who can/has: Vocational upper secondary education in sheet metal and welding or equivalent education that the employer deems equivalent.
