The position is located at the Department of Clinical Sciences in Malmö and is closely linked to the strategic research area EpiHealth (Epidemiology for Health), which is led by Lund University in collaboration with Uppsala University. Job Responsibilities The job responsibilities include primarily research, but also teaching and participation in management tasks at the Faculty of Medicine. Personlig assistent sökes till man i Svalöv

Vi söker nu personliga assistenter till en man i 50-årsåldern som bor i villa i Svalövs tätort tillsammans med sin familj. Han har nära till humor och glimten i ögat och uppskattar människor som kan bidra med både positiv energi och ett gott humör. Mannen lever med ALS, en sjukdom som succesivt påverkar kroppens funktioner och innebär att hans behov och förutsättningar förändras över tid. Arbetet kan därför vara både fysiskt och känslomässigt krävande. För att trivas i rollen behöver du vara trygg i dig själv, ha ett positivt förhållningssätt och kunna anpassa dig när situationer förändras. Fokus på möjligheter Trots sjukdomens begränsningar är målet att vardagen ska vara så innehållsrik och meningsfull som möjligt. Du blir en viktig del i att skapa möjligheter och göra saker som ger glädje och livskvalitet. Han uppskattar bland annat utflykter, promenader och att komma ut i naturen - till exempel till skog och hav. Arbetet sker delvis med dubbelbemanning under dagtid och kvällstid. Man arbetar ensam under nattetid och det är i nuläget vaken natt. Arbetsuppgifter Som personlig assistent blir du brukarens förlängda armar och ben och hjälper honom att få vardagen att fungera utifrån hans aktuella förutsättningar. Arbetsuppgifterna kan bland annat innebära: Hem och hushåll Städning, tvätt och andra vardagliga hushållssysslor. Att bidra till att hemmet fungerar och att vardagen flyter på. Planera inköp och handla mat och andra varor. Laga mat och vara behjälplig vid måltider. Personlig omvårdnad Hjälp med personlig hygien och klädsel. Förflyttningar och annan fysisk assistans. Administration och kontakter Vara till hjälp vid bokning av tider och vara behjälplig vid exempelvis läkar- och tandläkarbesök. Hjälpa till vid kontakter med olika insatser i samhället. Aktiviteter och utflykter Följa med på promenader och utflykter. Vara med och förverkliga idéer och aktiviteter som skapar en innehållsrik vardag. Kvalifikationer Ingen formell utbildning krävs. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet, inställning och personkemi.
