We are now looking for a junior embedded developer for our client, where you will have the opportunity to develop and optimize software for advanced hardware platforms. ABOUT THE ROLE: In this position, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute across all aspects of development, from processor configuration and optimization to testing and validation of entire platforms. You will work with various hardware components, such as network interfaces, storage devices, and memory modules, and ensure that everything functions as it should. RESPONSIBILITIES: Development and maintenance of existing platforms and products Testing and validation of new hardware platforms Troubleshooting and implementation of software-level solutions Collaboration with team colleagues and other departments WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU: You hold a civil engineering degree in, for example, engineering physics, computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, or a similar field You have knowledge of C and C++ You have fluent skills in both Swedish and English, as both languages are used in daily work It is not a requirement, but we consider it a merit if you: Are comfortable with Linux Kernel We are looking for someone who is curious, analytical, and wants to learn more about embedded development. You are comfortable working both independently and with others, and you enjoy solving technical problems. A thorough work approach and attention to detail are important, and you have good communication skills and a talent for collaborating with different people. ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT: This is a consulting assignment, which means that you will initially be employed by Friday.
