We are now seeking new staff members who want to pursue their BT (clinical internship) in Norrbotten. About You We are looking for someone who has obtained Swedish physician licensure and who has not completed Swedish AT (general practice training). The positions require Swedish citizenship, EU citizenship, or valid work and residence permits, as well as very good oral and written communication skills in Swedish, which will also be assessed in the selection process. No clinical experience is required, but clinical experience with good references can be advantageous. What You Will Work With BT in Region Norrbotten is a clinical introductory position within Swedish healthcare and aims to establish a solid foundation for future specialist training. It is a standalone, fixed-term employment but with the goal of also helping to identify our future ST physicians and specialist colleagues. The position includes, in addition to two weeks of introduction, clinical work under supervision in general medicine (health center), acute care, psychiatry, and possibly one additional clinical placement. A total of 12 months of service. The blocks' service plans will be designed somewhat differently depending on the clinical placements and service locations within Region Norrbotten. The service consists mainly of clinical work with continuous supervision and recurring structured competency assessments. In addition, recurring training sessions aimed at achieving approved basic competency according to SoS regulations and BT objectives. We are looking for We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with at least two years of professional experience. The position also requires a driver's license category B. It is meritorious if you have experience working in both primary and/or hospital care, prehospital services, and have knowledge of the journal systems Cosmic and Lifecare. What you will work with Hospital at Home is a new form of care in Sweden where patients receive care in their own home instead of in a hospital. The service operates in collaboration with the hospital and is aimed at patients who can remain at home but who need medical interventions at hospital level. As a nurse in Hospital at Home, you will have a central role in building up and developing the service. You are involved in developing working methods that you will subsequently work with in the service. In the role you combine clinical work with development work and are part of a project group with a clear operational perspective. You are involved in developing and creating working methods, routines and structures for Hospital at Home, for example regarding documentation, care flows and collaboration with other clinics and services. The work also includes participating in the implementation of medical technology equipment, planning and conducting training activities, and developing routines for the work group within Hospital at Home. The role involves great personal responsibility and good opportunities to influence and shape the service.
