About the role: We are seeking a coach in Luleå to work within the transition fund TSL and the service Rusta och matcha. In this role, you will work closely with participants, both individually and in groups, where you motivate, support, and guide them toward employment or further studies. You will create action plans, follow up on interventions, and contribute creative solutions to help each individual move forward. An important part of the work is to actively build and develop relationships with local employers to create job opportunities. The role also includes administrative tasks such as documentation and reporting. You will become part of an engaged team and collaborate with colleagues in other locations. Employment: Contract position for 6 months with opportunities for extension. Start date July 1. We are looking for you who: - Have at least 7 years of work experience - Have at least 3 years of experience within transition services - Have relevant post-secondary education (at least 180 credits or equivalent) - Have good knowledge of the job market and preferably a local network - Are self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented - Have strong communication skills and a coaching approach - Have good digital competence For this role, a driver's license and access to a car are required.
