Duties The duties as an academic advisor consist of both administrative tasks and contact with prospective and enrolled students in the teacher education programs in home and consumer knowledge and physical education and health, as well as students at advanced level in food science and sports science. Examples of duties include: monitoring study performance, assessing applications, reviewing eligibility, handling credit transfers, admissions, study planning for individual students, compiling statistics, preparations for course registration and welcome information, advising registered and prospective students, serving as a contact for student social matters, planning and developing study-related information and communication. Qualifications We are looking for you with: A degree from a university or higher education institution that the employer considers relevant, preferably in academic and vocational guidance.
