Forklift Operator for Automotive Industry

About the Position As a forklift operator, you are responsible for ensuring that material flows run smoothly, from receiving to production. You will work with loading, unloading, material handling, and warehouse work in large-scale operations. The work takes place at a fast pace where safety is always the focus. You become part of a team where you collaborate closely, support one another, and continuously strive to improve work methods and processes. This is a full-time position involving a 6-month fixed-term contract where you work either constant day shift or constant evening shift. The expected start date is from week 34–41 and interviews are ongoing. A Typical Day as a Forklift Operator As a forklift operator, you start your day with your colleagues where you review the day's deliveries and priorities. During your shift, you operate the forklift and ensure that the right material is in the right place at the right time. This may involve unloading incoming goods, replenishing production lines, or organizing the warehouse for more efficient flow. The pace can sometimes be high – but you remain calm, work safely, and know that you always have your team close by. You communicate, help each other, and solve challenges together. At the end of the day, you have been a crucial part in keeping production running without interruption. About You You are responsible, thorough, and thrive in a role where you can combine independent work with warehouse duties. You may have experience as a forklift operator – or you may be ready to grow further in the role.
