Therefore, we are now looking for a sales representative who wants to help companies develop their employees through customized training initiatives. With us, you'll have the opportunity to work with some of Sweden's most relevant competency development issues while being an important part of our clients' long-term development. About the Role As a sales representative at Nercia, you are responsible for selling our customized corporate training programs. You drive the entire business from first contact to completed training initiative and simultaneously function as project manager for the assignments you sell. Your clients consist primarily of medium-sized and large companies where you meet decision-makers such as HR managers, training coordinators, production managers, operations managers, and CEOs. In this role you will: · Identify and develop new business opportunities · Schedule, conduct, and follow up on customer meetings · Build and develop long-term customer relationships · Map clients' competency development needs · Develop training solutions together with our network of experts · Write quotes, conduct negotiations, and close deals · Project manage and follow up on completed assignments Who Are You?
