The unit has approximately 220 employees located at 9 different sites. You will lead 11 section managers, and your placement will be at one of the locations where we have corporate taxation operations: Gothenburg, Ludvika, Mariestad, Malmö, Sundbyberg, Uppsala, Västervik, Västerås, or Örebro. The Assignment As a unit manager for Facility Services, you will lead and coordinate the Facility Services Unit within the Campus Division. Experience and Knowledge To succeed in the role of unit manager at the Facility Services Unit, we assess that you have several years of experience in qualified work as a manager or leader. We also assess that you have a bachelor's or master's degree, for example in economics, HR, leadership, public administration, or other experience that the employer deems equivalent. Documented experience in management or leadership roles with personnel responsibility. Experience leading operations with responsibility for finances, results, and work environment. Good ability to work structurally with follow-up, prioritization, and implementation. You have worked both strategically and operatively with good results. To thrive and succeed in the role, we believe you have experience from service-intensive operations. You express yourself well in both speech and writing in both Swedish and English.
