About the position - work where the needs are greatest We're in an expansive phase following a needs analysis and are now recruiting nurses who want to strengthen our LARO operations. You'll become an important part of a societal mission of the highest importance - to offer safe, evidence-based, and person-centered care to a patient group with complex needs. As a nurse with us, you'll work with: Medication-assisted treatment for opioid addiction (LARO), according to the National Board of Health and Welfare's national guidelines Assessments, follow-ups, and treatment support for people with both addiction and comorbidities Close collaboration with social services, 24-hour care, and other societal actors Strengthening patients' own capacity, safety, and participation An organization in transition - and you'll be an important part of the future The comorbidity reform, changes in criminal care, increasing drug trafficking, and younger patient groups mean that addiction care faces major shifts.
