Our postpartum patients receive care in both Ward 23 and Ward 25, and we work closely together, which means you may care for postpartum patients on both wards. Ward 25 also has antenatal patients from week 22 of pregnancy onward. Ward 23 cares for gynecological patients and operates a gynecological emergency clinic. Responsibilities Job duties include patient care, medication management, patient counseling, and contact with family members. Qualifications Registered nurse with experience in hospital care. We place great emphasis on qualities such as excellent patient interaction, ability to collaborate and take initiative, as well as responsibility and accountability. About the Department The Obstetrics and Gynecology Department operates at Universitetssjukhuset Örebro (University Hospital Örebro), Linesberg Hospital, and Karlskoga Hospital. We actively work to advance research in women's healthcare. At Universitetssjukhuset Örebro, there is an obstetric section with specialist maternity care and fetal diagnostics, a delivery ward, and postpartum/maternity care. The gynecology section offers outpatient, inpatient, and emergency gynecological care. There is also a fertility unit and an operating department.
