The team includes three employment case officers, two case officers for financial assistance, one coordinator for the RESA initiative, and two colleague mentors. The target group consists of job-seeking municipal residents aged 16-64 who are referred by social services, the Swedish Public Employment Service, the Social Insurance Agency, the Region, and other collaboration partners. The work is characterized by a solution-focused approach where we start from the individual's conditions. An important part of the assignment is work related to the statutory activity requirement that comes into effect on July 1, 2026. As a mentor, you have a central role in planning, following up, and ensuring that participants are given the right conditions to meet the activity requirement. You work closely with both case officers at the Work Life Center and case officers within financial assistance, where you together form a team around the individual. Collaboration, structure, and clear follow-up are crucial parts of the assignment. The Scale is a workplace where participants can grow through work trials in various areas. As a mentor, you organize the operation, plan work tasks, and support participants in their development. The work is both practical and pedagogical, and you need to be able to mentor and participate in the operation where needed.
