About the role As a Facility Attendant, you and your colleagues play an important role in ensuring the overall experience in the customer's premises. Together, you create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and all visitors. You will primarily work with cleaning the customer's facilities, as well as other tasks that may arise such as conference service, restocking coffee machines, and plant care. The position is part-time (40%), a fixed-term contract with the possibility of a permanent position in the future. We're looking for someone who is service-oriented, receptive, responsible, and proactive. You're comfortable in the role of company representative and share ISS's commitment to delivering world-class service. This means you should have a high level of service, good oversight of your cleaning area, and can suggest improvements to the customer. It's important that you're receptive to the customer's needs. You have an easy time building good relationships with both customers and colleagues. Additionally, you have the ability to collaborate, as work can be both individual and team-based. We'd like to see that you have experience from service professions or industry experience. It's important that you are fluent in Swedish. Your application We hope we've sparked your interest!
