JOB RESPONSIBILITIES For the past three years, we have been working at the lower elementary level at Färjestaden School in a new organizational perspective. We work fully within an F-3 framework where the four teams are responsible for their respective grade levels. To meet the students' needs throughout the school day, the teams consist of teachers with different types of expertise and different areas of responsibility. These include primary school teachers, after-school teachers, and special education teachers. You will be part of a team consisting of eight to ten educators. Your responsibilities include planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting instruction. This is done individually and together with your colleagues, both during after-school time and school time. We therefore set high demands on your ability to collaborate and be part of a whole.
