About the role As a senior project manager, you'll become a key person in our delivery projects and receive a clear mandate to create momentum, build strong customer relationships, and ensure professional project management from start to finish. You'll lead cross-functional teams through design, manufacturing, procurement, assembly, commissioning, and handover, with responsibility for schedules, budgets, quality, risks, and customer expectations. We're looking for someone who has: At least 5 years of experience as a project manager for technical products, system deliveries, or industrial facility projects. Relevant technical education and a good understanding of complex technical deliveries. Documented experience with progress reporting, budget management, follow-up, and change management. A driver's license and ability to travel within Sweden and internationally based on project needs. Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Desirable experience: Experience from bioenergy, energy, process industry, or related technical environments. Knowledge of French and/or German. Experience with international projects and work in cross-functional project environments. Technical education at university level or equivalent experience. Placement Placement is primarily in Blomstermåla. Alternative placement could be Gothenburg, provided the role is combined with regular travel to Blomstermåla and our project sites. For those unfamiliar with us, we perform non-destructive testing (NDT), which involves early detection of damage that could otherwise cause costly failures for our customers. Testing can be performed on all types of structures, and as a consultant with us, you will work on several different technical tasks. WHO ARE YOU? For this role, IWS certification is required. We would also like to see that you have work experience in the technical field. You work carefully and with high quality both independently and together with others. We value initiative, engagement, and drive – you see what needs to be done, take responsibility, and contribute actively to the team. With us, you will develop together with knowledgeable colleagues!
