We are a small social services office where everyone's skills are utilized and where innovative solutions and close collaboration characterize our work. Today there are seven employees in the open care unit who work with children, young people, parents, adults with harmful use and addiction, victims of violence, perpetrators of violence, and with social psychiatric housing support. One of these is a team manager and has a key role in coordinating work, participating in the development of open care, and providing support in daily work. 1 position(s). We are looking for you who want to be our new colleague within Child and Family Services and work as a family practitioner and practitioner for adults in our open care unit. Your work tasks in open care include: Receiving individuals within the framework of IUB (Services without needs assessment) and providing them with support for a limited period. Implementing decisions based on assignments from social workers. Working based on evidence-based methods in treatment conversations. Continuously working with follow-up. Developing implementation plans together with the individual and continuously maintaining documentation. You will work both with needs-assessed services for children, young people and parents and other adults by providing individual support, treatment services in groups and family treatment, as well as preventive and early interventions that are part of the political decision on IUB (services without individual needs assessment) as we undergo a transition to a more easily accessible, equal, equitable and knowledge-based social service. Work is mostly during daytime hours, but there may also be work early morning or late afternoon/early evening depending on the nature of the assignments. As a practitioner, you collaborate with other professionals, which is an important part of the work, such as schools, the employment agency, the labor market unit, healthcare services, and health centers. As a practitioner, you need to work from the office in your daily work. We work in the documentation system Viva.
