As an hourly substitute, you help elderly people have a secure, active, and meaningful daily life. Work tasks vary and may include: • assisting with personal care, such as showering and intimate hygiene • providing support with meals and daily activities • performing household tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and assisting with meals • accompanying on walks and creating social community • assisting with medications after delegation • You work closely with people and need to be comfortable helping another person even in very personal situations. You don't need to have worked in senior care before. Experience in care and health services is meriting, but your attitude, sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn are also important to us.
