WORK DUTIES As a family care coordinator, you have a central role in creating safe and sustainable placements for children and young people. There are three general psychiatric teams, one LSS team, one youth team, one family team, and one integration team. We are now seeking reinforcement for our youth team. The target group is young people aged 13-21 who need support. - Support in school - Support for treatment of harmful addiction - Support for meaningful leisure time - Support in emotional management - Self-harm behavior. Our methods are low-arousal interaction, solution-focused approach, & MI-Motivational Interviewing. We are looking for you who are driven by a strong commitment to young people and as a person you are structured, solution-focused, and flexible. You work closely with young people in everyday life, follow and work based on the goals in the implementation plan BBIC, support a well-functioning life and health. The work makes high demands on interaction, the ability to establish secure professional relationships. As well as the ability to motivate, persist, and manage conflicts in a low-arousal manner, the ability to contain young people's various emotional states. The ability to create hope for a well-functioning and healthy life. We are looking for you with a treatment assistant, behavioral scientist, social worker, or equivalent education. B-driver's license is required. Extract from criminal record is required. Work at residential care homes for substance-abusing young people can be meritorious. Great weight is placed on personal suitability. QUALIFICATIONS Tierp Municipality is part of the Finnish administrative area.
