Your Responsibilities
As a Production Technician at Munters, you will have a key role in ensuring stable, safe, and efficient production. The role is operations-focused and combines technical improvement work with clear responsibility out in production. You will work closely with the existing production technician, and together you will be responsible for different parts of the production process.
An important part of the assignment is to support daily operations through troubleshooting, follow-up, and technical problem-solving. You will work with process equipment such as pumps, valves, and sensors and contribute to developing and improving work methods and processes. The role also includes operational elements where you, for example, conduct sampling, inspect equipment, and perform simple maintenance work.
You will have significant personal responsibility and at the same time be an important collaboration partner for production, maintenance, and other functions in the operation. The role reports to the Production Manager.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with several years of experience from industrial operations, preferably within production, process technology, maintenance, or similar technical environments. You have a genuine technical interest and enjoy combining analysis and problem-solving with practical work out in the operation.
You are a person who takes responsibility, drives your matters forward, and enjoys working independently. At the same time, you find it easy to collaborate with others and are confident enough to share ideas, make improvement suggestions, and contribute to technical discussions.
It is meritorious if you have experience with process industry, automation, as well as TPM and other LEAN methods.
We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and are looking primarily for a person who is unpretentious, solution-oriented, and who enjoys getting things to work in everyday operations.
