Job Responsibilities As principal of Vallnässkolan Grades 4–6, you are responsible for pedagogical activities with a focus on high goal achievement, safety, and development for all students. You lead and organize daily operations and ensure that instruction is based on scientific evidence and proven experience. In your role as Student Wellness Director, you have overall responsibility for leading, coordinating, and developing the municipality's comprehensive student wellness work. You work strategically to strengthen preventive and health-promoting efforts throughout the entire education system and ensure that student wellness is an integrated part of the school's core mission. Lead, develop, and monitor operations against established goals Manage personnel, work environment, and budget within your areas Drive systematic quality improvement work Lead and develop pedagogical work with a focus on increased goal achievement Coordinate and develop student wellness work across the municipality Ensure that student wellness operates with a preventive and health-promoting approach Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Qualifications We are looking for you who: Have teacher training.
