It is an advantage if you have also completed the state principal training. Have experience working as a principal or other leadership position in educational operations Have good knowledge of governing documents and current legislation in the school field Have experience with student wellness work, related legislation, and a good understanding of its various professions Are a clear and confident leader with the ability to create engagement and participation You are a strategic and development-oriented leader who sees the whole picture and has the ability to translate visions into practical work. You are communicative, relationship-building, and have a genuine interest in student learning, development, and well-being.
