About the Job Would you like to work a winter season in the heart of the mountains and become part of our team at Hemavans Fjällcenter? If so, we might be looking for you! As a receptionist with us, you are often the first person our guests meet and an important contact throughout their stay. You welcome our guests, help them with questions and bookings, and ensure they receive the information and service they need. The reception is also a central part of daily operations at Hemavans Fjällcenter. You stay updated on what's happening in the business, ensure that important information reaches the right departments, and help resolve situations that arise during the day. An important part of the role is taking care of the groups and conferences that visit us. The reception serves as the host and contact point during their stay and ensures the group receives the information and assistance they need. This may involve welcoming the group, providing information about accommodations, meals and facilities, and being available for questions and helping resolve any issues that arise during their visit. Service and sales go hand in hand with us. As a receptionist, you are curious about the guest's needs and actively work with sales and upselling. This could mean helping the guest find the right accommodation, suggesting our offers, or identifying opportunities to create an even better visit. About You We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and is passionate about creating great guest experiences. You are service-oriented, organized, and communicative. This might be the opportunity we're looking for! During winter, Hemavan is filled with people who come for skiing, mountain experiences, and vacation. As a facility attendant with us, you have an important role in ensuring our guests have a really great experience during their stay. As a facility attendant at Hemavans Fjällcenter, you ensure that our facilities remain clean and welcoming. The work includes hotel and hostel rooms, restaurants, and other common areas. We also perform cleaning in cabins throughout Hemavan. The work is varied and no two days are the same. One day you may work primarily at our facilities, and the next day much of the work may be in the cabin areas around Hemavan. It's about more than just having a clean room or cabin. When the guest opens the door to their accommodation, they should feel that everything is clean, welcoming, and ready for their stay. Since the work requires you to regularly travel between our various facilities, accommodations, and cabin areas, a B-class driver's license is a requirement for the position. Work days typically begin between 06:00 and 08:00, depending on how the day is structured and what tasks await. We follow clear procedures and work together to complete the day's tasks. During busy periods, the pace can be high, and it's important to work efficiently without compromising quality.
