Facility Attendant at Hemavans Fjällcenter – Winter Season 2026/2027 About the Job Would you like to work a winter season in the heart of the mountains and become part of our team in Hemavan? This might be the opportunity we're looking for! During winter, Hemavan is filled with people who come for skiing, mountain experiences, and vacation. As a facility attendant with us, you have an important role in ensuring our guests have a really great experience during their stay. As a facility attendant at Hemavans Fjällcenter, you ensure that our facilities remain clean and welcoming. The work includes hotel and hostel rooms, restaurants, and other common areas. We also perform cleaning in cabins throughout Hemavan. The work is varied and no two days are the same. One day you may work primarily at our facilities, and the next day much of the work may be in the cabin areas around Hemavan. It's about more than just having a clean room or cabin. When the guest opens the door to their accommodation, they should feel that everything is clean, welcoming, and ready for their stay. Since the work requires you to regularly travel between our various facilities, accommodations, and cabin areas, a B-class driver's license is a requirement for the position. Work days typically begin between 06:00 and 08:00, depending on how the day is structured and what tasks await. We follow clear procedures and work together to complete the day's tasks. During busy periods, the pace can be high, and it's important to work efficiently without compromising quality. About You We are looking for someone who is thorough, responsible, and enjoys practical work. You are a team player who understands that everyone in the team is important for the day to function. You help your colleagues when needed and contribute to a positive work environment. You also need to be able to maintain pace when there's a lot to do while keeping up the quality of your work. Your tasks will include: Perform facility maintenance at our facilities Clean and prepare accommodations for incoming guests Perform turnover cleaning in cabins throughout Hemavan Follow our procedures and quality standards Drive between our various facilities, accommodations, and cabin areas Help out wherever needed in facility maintenance Collaborate with the team to ensure the day's work is completed Contribute to a positive work environment and good teamwork We are looking for someone who: Is thorough and takes responsibility for your work Enjoys practical tasks Can work efficiently even when the pace is high Is flexible and helps out where needed Enjoys working as part of a team Has a positive attitude Speaks and reads Swedish Has a B-class driver's license – this is a requirement for the position About the Position Scope: Approximately 75% Employment type: Seasonal employment Period: Winter Season 2026/2027 Work hours: Daytime, shifts typically begin between 06:00–08:00 Location: Hemavan Staff accommodation can be offered for a fee.
