About the Role As a Facilities Cleaner, you and your colleagues play an important role in ensuring the overall experience in our customers' facilities. Together, you create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and all visitors. You will primarily work with cleaning the customer's premises, as well as other tasks such as conference services, refilling water/coffee machines, and plant care. The position is part-time, 20 hours per week, permanent employment with an initial six-month trial period. This means you should have a high level of service, good oversight of your cleaning area, and can provide suggestions for improvements to the customer. It's important that you're responsive to the customer's needs. You build strong relationships easily with both customers and colleagues. Additionally, you have the ability to collaborate, as work can be both individual and team-based. We would like to see experience from service professions or industry experience.
