JOB DUTIES Café Bryggan in the cultural center opened in mid-2025 and prepares and serves coffee breaks and light refreshments to the Cultural Center's visitors as well as to the house's conference guests and associations that hold events in the house. The café is operated in collaboration with the Labor Market Unit and is an important part of the municipality's work to help more residents enter employment and self-sufficiency. Within the café's operations, residents who are far from the labor market will be offered the opportunity for work training and adapted employment. As a coordinator, you will together with a supervisor from the Labor Market Unit have full responsibility for the café's operations, personnel management, and finances. Collaboration with the Labor Market Unit and also other units within the municipality will also be a central part of your assignment. The work is independent while you have an outward-facing role and participate in various types of networks and collaborations to develop the café.
