The position involves follow-up and work with children placed in residential care (HVB), SiS, or with interventions from our open care. Teaching should be conducted in such a way that it, in addition to giving students the opportunity to develop their skills, strengthens their self-confidence and their ability to interact with both peers and adults in a joyful and respectful manner. The Cultural School's staff should strive to be both musical and personal role models for students, but should take great consideration of each student's own experience and varying wishes. With the goal that students should enjoy their cultural expression throughout their lives, the Cultural School strives for a broad range of different genres, different cultural expressions, and different teaching methods. The position includes teaching in musical theater and funk musical. You work both with your own groups and with groups together with another pedagogue at the cultural school. Students range from age 6 through high school age. The position also includes working with the cultural ladder where the cultural school meets students in primary school. The majority of teaching takes place in the afternoon and evening at the Cultural School. Some teaching may take place during daytime hours. This position is a temporary assignment for the period January 7, 2027 through June 16, 2027!
