Operations Security Technician at CEJN AB To meet the growth of recent years, we are now seeking an Operations Security Technician with primary focus on CEJN's Production Equipment and Automation Storage. Responsibilities The main responsibilities consist of ensuring high operational reliability of our Production Equipment and Automation Storage together with our colleagues. You work on analyzing operational disruptions, identifying root causes, and implementing technical improvements that increase availability and productivity. You will also serve as a technical specialist and escalation function for complex operational disruptions where advanced troubleshooting is required. You will be a contact point toward CEJN's other support functions. Qualifications Post-secondary education in automation or maintenance technology, or equivalent experience At least 5 years of experience in maintenance or operations security work within manufacturing industry Good knowledge in troubleshooting PLC-controlled systems, robotics, vision, pneumatics, mechanics, and electrical engineering Structured and systematic in your work Good knowledge of English in speech and writing Meritorious Experience with root cause analysis and methods for operations security and improvement work Experience with CNC-controlled processing machines Experience in Electrical Design Good knowledge in Machine Safety You are fundamentally an engaged and results-oriented person who has the ability to think independently and sees challenges instead of problems. You enjoy working in a group but also like to take on tasks independently and get to the root of the problem. You have the ability to carry out and solve various tasks with a high level of safety awareness. The position requires that you are service-oriented as you will have extensive contact with all different departments internally at CEJN as well as external suppliers.
