We are in a process of change where we are preparing ourselves to meet future needs of our patients in terms of both accessibility and treatment. Description We are now seeking another psychologist for our clinic. We provide specialist psychiatric care for all psychiatric diagnostic groups. The geographic catchment area is Falköping, Skara, and Tidaholm. The clinic also hosts a digital ADHD clinic and a DBT team with a catchment area covering all of Skaraborg. We are approximately 50 people working at the unit with nine different professions, which gives us a rich range of expertise. We are organized in different teams and work for good collaboration with inpatient care and other care partners such as municipalities and primary care. Responsibilities You will be part of an interdisciplinary team and, together with other psychologists, you will be responsible for psychological expertise. Your duties include assessment, evaluation, and treatment and will be distributed based on your expertise and the clinic's needs. We work both with individual-focused and group treatment. Currently, we have 5 psychologists at the clinic and all are offered regular supervision. Based on interest and experience, other duties may also become relevant, such as participating in development processes and providing supervision. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist with an interest in working within specialist psychiatry. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability and ability to collaborate, and experience working with the target group is a merit. Terms Interviews may take place continuously during the recruitment process. When filling a position within psychiatry, we will request extracts from the suspicion and burden registers.
