Restaurant Manager at Pizzeria Ceylan

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced restaurant manager to lead and develop our restaurant operations. You will have overall responsibility for daily operations, staff management, customer service, and the restaurant's financial results. Responsibilities: * Lead and delegate daily work tasks. * Recruit, onboard, and develop staff. * Manage scheduling and staffing. * Ensure high quality service and customer satisfaction. * Manage purchasing, inventory, and cost control. * Comply with food safety legislation and hygiene and safety procedures. * Budget, results, and follow-up responsibility. * Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to develop the business. Qualifications: * At least 1-2 years of experience as a restaurant manager or in a management position within the restaurant industry. * Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills. * Experience with staff responsibility and financial monitoring. * Good computer skills. * Good knowledge of Swedish or English.
