JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are now seeking a social worker for the implementation team in the Children and Youth Group at the Department of Individual and Family Care (IFO). We work in accordance with BBIC, apply a family-oriented approach, and work with the target group 0-21 years old. The Children and Youth Group consists of five investigators, three implementation case managers, and two resource case managers. We are a competent, helpful, and pleasant work group that enjoys working together. As a social worker on the implementation team, you will follow up on granted services; both open care and placements. The Children and Youth side also has open care with three family therapists. We have an Intake Team that activates and conducts preliminary assessments of cases involving children and young people as well as adults. IFO is organized so that all statutory authority is in the same building, which in addition to Children & Youth includes Adults, Elderly Care, LSS, and Social Psychiatry, which we see as a major asset. We are looking for you who wants to contribute with new ideas and commitment and who thrives in an organization focused on quality and development. For us, it is important to develop our methods to provide children and families with professional treatment and lawful case management. You collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. You have support from your unit manager and case supervisor in daily work and access to external supervision. This is a temporary part-time position, 50% until December 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension. Start date by agreement. QUALIFICATIONS You have a degree in social work, or alternatively, if you are a social work student in the final stages of your studies. We value you as someone with a professional demeanor and the ability to build good relationships with children, families, and other stakeholders. You work independently and plan and organize your work efficiently. You collaborate well with others and are responsive in your approach. You are well-versed and updated on current legislation and can express yourself well both orally and in writing. It is meritorious if you have experience with statutory authority. A driving license is required. The position is subject to criminal record screening. As an applicant, you must provide an extract from the police criminal record before employment.
