Property and Service Management consists of the operations of properties, meal service, cleaning, and operations support and development. Together, we are responsible for important services that every day contribute to a functioning everyday life for the municipality's citizens, where operations support and development is a central enabler. About the Assignment Operations Support & Development has a management-wide assignment to provide administrative support to the management's operations and to maintain and drive operations development. The work includes, among other things, management and leadership regarding finance and reporting, procurement coordination, IT and digitalization issues. The department also includes Office Service, which provides support and service to the entire municipal organization, from providing office-related products to print production. Our leadership is characterized by trust, collaboration, and shared responsibility for the entire management's development. Responsibilities As manager of Operations Support and Development, you lead a competent team of specialists and generalists within the areas mentioned above. In this role, you manage 8 employees. You are responsible for ensuring that operations support not only functions today but also develops for tomorrow's needs. The role combines strategic leadership with a clear focus on development, coordination, and continuous improvements. You are a central member of the management's leadership team and actively contribute to shaping the management's long-term strategy, priorities, and development work. The assignment includes working toward a more unified management with a shared holistic perspective, and you will also lead or participate in major management-wide collaboration groups and change initiatives.
