Mechanic at Rönnskär We are now strengthening our maintenance team at Rönnskär and are looking for several mechanics for a temporary assignment until January 31st, with the possibility of extension. We would like you to start as soon as possible, but the start date can be adjusted by agreement. Here you will have the opportunity to work in an operation where safety, collaboration, and technical expertise are at the center. Your Role As a mechanic at Rönnskär, you will work with maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment within our operations. You will perform both preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on machinery and production equipment. The work is practical and varied, with elements of problem-solving and collaboration with other professional groups. Construction Worker

Join us and drive change for future generations. Your Role As a Construction Worker at Rönnskär, you will have a central role in creating a safe, functional, and sustainable facility. You will work with a broad range of construction-related tasks and support the entire operation with both maintenance and various types of construction projects. This role is perfect for you if you thrive in a varied environment where you can use both your technical skills and your ability to find solutions in everyday situations. We offer a 6-month temporary position with good opportunities for extension. The position is based during daytime hours and on-call duty is part of the role. Your Team You will become part of the Building and Property team, where you work together with 12 dedicated and experienced construction workers. Together, you support all of Rönnskär with various construction-related work and contribute to the operation running safely and efficiently. Your Tasks As a construction worker, you will work with various construction tasks within Rönnskär's operations. The work includes preventive and corrective maintenance, new construction, and adaptations of buildings and facilities. You will also perform scaffold construction, fabrication of materials, and various carpentry work. In addition, you will contribute to the team's ongoing development work and actively participate in meetings and training sessions. Your Contribution We are looking for you who are driven and responsible and want to deliver good quality in everything you do. You appreciate collaboration with colleagues, have a strong focus on safety, and a willingness to develop as operations and work methods change. As a person, you are engaged, solution-oriented, and bring a positive attitude. Requirements: High school education in construction and building or equivalent professional experience. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Class B driver's license. Experience with construction or scaffold work is meriting, but we also welcome you who are at the beginning of your career and have the right educational background. The work is varied and consists of both practical tasks and administrative elements. You receive goods, handle materials with a forklift, manage inventory, and distribute materials to internal customers. The role also involves registration and inventory management as well as ongoing contact with colleagues and other departments to ensure efficient flow. Your Team You will become part of a tight-knit team of nine people who together are responsible for Rönnskär's indoor and outdoor warehouses. Here you work closely together and support each other in daily work to provide the operation with the best possible service. The team works during daytime hours and is characterized by good collaboration, responsibility-taking, and a strong safety focus.
