WORK DUTIES As a team leader, you work as part of the team together with the operations planner and unit manager for your home care group. You help drive the decisions made in the management group both through administrative and practical care work in the homes of our residents and by coaching and leading our employees. You will report directly to the unit manager. The majority of your work as a team leader is performed in the individual's home, so experience in elderly care is a requirement. The unit manager leads the operations partly through team leaders, therefore personal suitability is very important. You need to be clear, communicative, and create participation. Our Prevention and Health Promotion Services team consists of 7 employees with different areas of responsibility. We serve all people over 18 years old who experience loneliness and/or risk becoming isolated and need to find safe communities. The Prevention and Health Promotion Services currently has its main activities at Havsblick in Lomma and some activities in Bjärred. The service targets people living in ordinary housing, in their own homes, who need to create new community connections. The aim is to reduce involuntary loneliness and isolation to counteract its negative consequences and promote health awareness for all. The service works and collaborates with various parts of civil society to enable residents to remain in their own homes and experience quality of life, independence, meaning, and health. We work from a physical, mental, social, and cultural perspective through our activities at Open Meeting Places, Drop-in Centers, support for relatives, and more. One of our activity coordinators has decided to become part-time, so we are looking for a new colleague. 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES The advertised position as Activity Coordinator for Prevention and Health Promotion Services involves actively working at the Open Meeting Place, coordinating the Drop-in Center, and coordinating and supporting our volunteer activities. The work duties include planning, collaborating, and cooperating with various stakeholders, both within and outside the municipality. These stakeholders may include associations, case workers, transportation services, other departments, and more.
