We are now seeking personal assistants for one of our upcoming clients in Lomma. The assignment starts on August 1, 2026, and recruitment is opening now to build a stable and long-term team. The client is a middle-aged man who needs support in his daily life. Work tasks include shopping, cooking, laundry, cleaning, and assistance with planning daily activities. He is communicative, participates in decision-making, and enjoys nature, outings, and photography. For the assignment to work well over time, chemistry and a professional approach are essential. You need to be confident in yourself, have good self-awareness, and be able to set clear boundaries. It is of utmost importance that you keep your private life completely separate from work and maintain consistent and respectful boundaries. This is a prerequisite for creating a sustainable and safe working relationship. We are primarily seeking female assistants, preferably 50+, but men of corresponding age are also welcome to apply. You should be calm, stable, and have the ability to create structure and security in his daily life.
