DUTIES
As part of Lomma's transition to Close Care, you will be part of a team of operations planners. Your working hours are 06:30–15:15 on weekdays and 06:30–13:00 every third or every other weekend.
With us, you work purely administratively.
We offer everyone full-time employment, which means 37 hours/week.

QUALIFICATIONS
You are responsible and can combine care and staff schedules based on the department's resources.
As a person, you are confident in making quick decisions when the situation requires it. You have good collaboration skills and are skilled at making new contacts and maintaining good relationships, and you also find it easy to do this by phone.
We are looking for someone who is curious, engaged, and enjoys a role where no two days are the same. As an operations planner, you need to be able to combine structure and forward planning with the ability to quickly adapt when the department requires it. You will also be an important part of quality assuring and developing new working methods. You are confident in making decisions in your daily work based on your role and are a close support to staff in their daily work. You find it easy to create trusting relationships, are responsive to the department's needs, and take initiative to seek the information necessary to fulfill your duties.
It is a merit if you have experience with planning and scheduling tools and/or work in home care. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
We are looking for someone who has:
Experience with coordination or planning in home care or health and social care. (It is a merit if you have experience with Lifecare Planning).
Previous administrative work and an understanding of staffing and scheduling.
Good knowledge of social documentation.
Upper secondary education, preferably nursing assistant education or administrative education.
Good computer skills and are comfortable with modern digital tools.
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
Employment type: Permanent employment.
Duration: Permanent.
We report salary for the 10th and 90th percentile: 37,800 kr/month–43,040 kr/month. The salary range is stated in accordance with applicable regulations on salary transparency.
