B2B Sales Representative / Account Manager at Growing Tech Company
Do you want to work in sales at a young tech company where the product is already on the market, the customer base is growing, and the next step is to scale up sales in earnest? On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a business-to-business sales representative at a company that develops a digital SaaS platform for car dealerships. The product primarily helps small and medium-sized car dealerships consolidate several important parts of their daily operations in a single system, such as contracts, advertisements, inventory, and connections to finance and insurance partners. The company was founded by people with their own experience from the automotive industry, and the product was developed based on concrete problems they themselves have observed in the market. Today, the company has approximately 300 connected car dealerships in Sweden, several established customers, and a steady stream of incoming leads. Now they are looking for a sales representative who wants to take a central role in the next growth phase. This role is perfect for you if you want to work closely with both customers and the product, where you can combine new customer acquisition, business drive, and long-term customer responsibility. The company name will be presented to candidates who advance in the process. About the Role In this role, you are responsible for engaging small and medium-sized car dealerships and driving new business from initial contact to closed deal. You work primarily via phone and email, with a combination of mainly cold leads, but also existing prospects, incoming leads, and your own research. An important part of the work will be understanding how the car dealership operates today, what systems and processes they use, and where the platform can simplify their daily operations. You book and conduct demos, present the solution clearly, and follow up on the conversation until the customer is ready to make a decision. Once a customer has signed, you are also involved in ensuring the customer gets off to a good start. This may include making sure the account is set up correctly, that the customer understands the system, and that questions, feedback, or improvement suggestions are captured internally. The Team and Culture The team currently consists of approximately eight full-time employees, with expertise in development, onboarding, meeting booking/sales support, management, and product development. You work closely together in daily operations and have short decision-making paths. The culture is described as straightforward, relaxed, and unpretentious, with a clear tech company feel but also strong roots in the automotive industry. As a sales representative, you will initially sit close to the team and receive training in the product, industry, how customers work, and relevant competitors. You will work with • Engaging small and medium-sized used car dealerships in Sweden • Contacting customers via phone and email with the goal of generating interest and booking a demo • Conducting demos and showing how the platform can simplify the customer's operations • Understanding the customer's needs and current processes and handling common objections • Following up on customer conversations and driving deals to closure • Assisting new customers through initial onboarding • Nurturing customer relationships and capturing questions, feedback, and development needs • Working systematically in the CRM and keeping your pipeline, activities, and follow-ups updated Who We're Looking For We are looking for you if you have a couple of years of sales experience and enjoy proactive customer contact. You are comfortable in conversations with new customers, find it easy to build trust, and are driven by creating deals from first contact to closure. You don't need to have worked with exactly the same type of product before, but you need to have good computer skills, the right drive, and the ability to quickly learn new systems, working methods, and the customer's daily operations. Experience from the automotive industry is very strongly preferred, for example as a car salesperson, Account Manager, Key Account Manager, car dealer, or in another role related to the automotive industry. However, it is not an absolute requirement if you are a strong sales profile with the right attitude, technical curiosity, and a willingness to learn the industry. We believe you will succeed best if you are hungry, humble, and persistent. You have drive, but at the same time are unpretentious and curious enough to learn the product, customers, and industry in depth. Must-Have Requirements • At least 2 years of sales experience • Good Swedish, spoken and written • Good computer skills and ease learning digital systems • Comfortable making cold calls and unafraid when contacting new customers. Merits • Experience from the automotive or vehicle industry • Experience in B2B sales or sales to business owners/entrepreneurs • Experience with SaaS, systems sales, or other digital products • Experience conducting product demos • Technical interest and curiosity about systems, product development, or digital workflows What We Offer Location: Kista Scope: Full-time Working hours: 09:30–17:00, including one hour lunch break Work arrangement: On-site initially. Once you've settled into the role and are meeting your targets, there is an opportunity for 2–3 days of remote work Start date: Immediately or as soon as possible Salary: Base salary + commission (uncapped) Bonus: Three bonus levels tied to customer portfolio with clear criteria, with the opportunity for larger bonuses upon reaching goals. Vacation: 25 days Work tools: Phone, computer, and CRM Does This Sound Interesting? Submit your application or get in touch if you want to know more. Study Administrator at Adult Education Center Järva
Stockholm is flourishing as the country's leading growth region. We work toward a labor market where everyone can find their place – where employers find the right skills and where people get an opportunity to enter or return to working life. We support Stockholmers' journey toward work or studies through labor market initiatives and adult education. Welcome to Us Adult Education in Stockholm offers a wide range of programs within municipal adult education. We have over 40,000 students studying with us annually. Adult Education is divided into four operational areas; this unit belongs to the Admissions and Support operational area. The operational area consists of the Admissions Unit, Support and Testing Unit, Guidance Unit, Student Teams and Center for Civic Orientation, Operations Support, Language Support Unit, and Adult Education Center Järva. We base our work on the needs of Stockholmers, and our goal is to offer the best possible service to those who turn to us. At our centers, Stockholmers can apply for Swedish for Immigrants (SFI) as well as basic and upper secondary municipal adult education (Komvux). Residents can also get information about studies and schools, book study guidance sessions, and test their knowledge in Swedish, English, and mathematics. We have close collaboration between our units as we depend on each other in our respective missions. What We Offer Adult Education Center Järva started as a unit on January 1, 2025. Since our launch, we have worked on developing the unit and driving change, where competence and collaboration form the foundation of our work. We are a small team with mixed professions: study and career counselors, study administrators, test pedagogues, coordinators, and a unit manager. You will have the opportunity to continue developing our operations based on your profession as a study administrator. The role offers a varied daily routine where outreach work, collaboration with local actors, and development of our operations are natural parts of the assignment. Our workplace is located in Kista galleria, three minutes from the subway. We work office hours and primarily on-site at the office, but in the future, some evenings may be included as part of our mission to also work with local collaboration and outreach efforts to get more people into studies. Part of your working time is scheduled; we see that you are positive about this and flexible when it comes to covering for colleagues as needed. We also staff various locations in the city districts, such as citizen service centers and libraries, which means you will work at these locations according to schedule. Read more about Stockholm City's benefits here. Your Role As a study administrator, you provide information about studies, study paths, and schools within Komvux in various contexts. You receive visitors at our customer service area at Adult Education Center Järva and when we are present at citizen service centers or libraries. You assist with Komvux applications as needed and otherwise provide excellent service to our customers. Through your outreach work and contacts with residents and local actors, you contribute to making more people aware of the possibilities offered by adult education and enabling them to take the next step toward studies. You work proactively to inspire and motivate people to pursue studies. You participate in outreach activities and events and help ensure that adult education is visible and information about Komvux studies is spread, especially in Järva and the Western District. You participate in establishing and maintaining collaboration relationships with local actors, both public and within civil society. You actively contribute to developing our operations and our routines and working methods with a focus on quality. To continuously improve, we monitor customer satisfaction and use the results to further develop our work. Your Competence and Experience We are looking for someone who has: - Upper secondary education - Current experience in administrative work in a similar administrative role as the employer deems relevant - Experience working in service with customer interaction - Current experience establishing and maintaining collaboration relationships - Very good computer skills and solid knowledge of the Office suite - Good ability to express yourself well in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. It is meritorious if you have: - Experience working with newly arrived persons/people who have Swedish as a second language - Current experience working in adult education - Current experience working with outreach efforts. In your role as a study administrator, you have significant personal responsibility and need to be self-directed and flexible in your work, with the ability to switch between different tasks and target groups based on situation and need. You have many contact points, which requires you to be service-oriented, have very good collaboration skills, and be able to work effectively in a team with both colleagues, other staff members, and collaboration partners. Since a large part of the position involves informing and clarifying, you need to be able to adapt your communication to both the recipient and the situation. We also see that you have a genuine interest in participating in the unit's development work and are willing to share your knowledge and experience. We will place great emphasis on your personal abilities, skills, and motivation for the position. Welcome with your application!
